Developing our future leaders

The opportunities to develop your skills knows no limits

Our Vacancies

Ringway Jacobs offer a fully funded 5-year Degree Apprenticeship course leading to a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and Membership of a professional body.

No two days will be the same as trainees will spend time gaining hands on experience across our Design, Structures, Maintenance and Development Management teams, learning a variety of skills and knowledge whilst working towards their degree leading on to a professional qualification.

Ringway Jacobs is committed to developing staff and can offer a range of apprenticeship schemes across our multiple business areas. Ringway Jacobs currently has over 60 apprentices across the organisation, completing qualifications including Civil Engineering, Highways Maintenance, Project Management and Chartered Management.

Amy SteedmanGraduate Engineer

“Joining on the graduate scheme I have the opportunity to rotate around the teams, this helps me get an understanding of the work Ringway Jacobs undertakes as a whole. I enjoy being given my own schemes to work on and the opportunity to attend site. This allows me to see a scheme from start to finish.”

Chelsey DevineTrainee Highways Operative

“The best thing about working for Ringway Jacobs for me is the equality and diversity with the environment I work in. Everyone looks after and helps each other. Ringway Jacobs have helped me gain more confidence in myself as a person. Working on the highways means no two days are the same.”

We would love to hear from graduates who wish to progress their career through our Civil Engineer Graduate Development programme. We also have a range of non-graduate roles available across the business.
